"We want to achieve that people, who are interested in a new challenge, get to know us and present the diverse activities in the field of logistics," says Daniel Tergan, Head of Human Resources at LTE Germany, who successfully implements personnel recruitment in all essential areas. “For more than two decades we have an excellent reputation in the logistics scene and are equally well known. However, we are also struggling not least with the fact that we first have to attract attention outside the so-called B2B environment and ultimately the desire to get involved with the company,” he sums up.
However, paying the appropriate attention to LTE pays off: with a dozen sister companies in Europe, the transport company connects the continent on the most important corridors using its state-of-the-art and environmentally conscious multi-system locomotives - with a highly motivated, international team that ultimately contributes to the spirit, supported by numerous benefits and, last but not least, a performance-related remuneration above the collective bargaining agreement. Tergan is currently looking for engine drivers, wagon masters and dispatchers whose work is made possible in a beautiful office in Berlin-Adlershof or, depending on the requirements, close to their own place of residence.
