The two have found each other to represent LTE-group's corporate philosophy: For Heinrich Juritsch (MD LTE AT) and for Michael Kratzer, three maxims are the center of their work: "Speed - Precision - Team Spirit", says Heinrich, "apply to LTE" as well as "for me in my team," adds Michael. The classic boyhood dream of becoming a train driver was denied to him, perhaps mainly because he was given his first motorbike at the age of just three, encouraged by his bike-loving father. So his path was chosen.
This now proves him and his passion right, because Michael is among the most successful. In Austria he has been an undisputed member of the elite in his profession for years. He spent last winter in New Zealand where - "beside" training - he made it onto the podium despite extremely difficult racing conditions. In the Czech Republic, he - based on this speed and precision, supported by the inevitable spirit of the entire team - also achieved remarkable results on the hard-fought dirt tracks.
"The races have started again in Austria," said Michael. "The season started in Paldau/Styria in April. There, in my homeland, I am a local hero and in 2022 I won the race amidst an unforgettable atmosphere from the crowd. Paldau is of course one of my personal favourites, but I've also conquered Sittendorf - it's slope is known as the 'Streif' due to the challenge of the landscape.”
In addition to leaving his competitors behind, Michael masters his standing as an independent - i.e. as the eternal challenger of the omnipresent KTM armada in Austria and the manageable understanding of state institutions for the support of motorsport. "Some can hardly believe it, but basically I do everything myself to be able to succeed as a professional: That applies to my bike, the equipment, the service, my team - I test everything myself, I aquire sponsors. A lot of people ask me how I can do it: "I'm just ambitious, I always want to win.” Or, to put it as Easy Rider: Moveo ergo sum.
Welcome Michael!
